Boot Camp
Boot Camp offers a unique combination of equipment, atmosphere and instruction all designed to keep you fully engaged as you build strength, toning your body and increasing your cardio capabilities, additionally improving balance, agility and coordination.
The equipment available includes pull-up bars, kettle bells, plyometric boxes and battle ropes as well as other karate/kick boxing items. Each class will be loosely structured around a sequence of moves and or equipment, posted at the beginning of class. Proper alignment and techniques are demonstrated routinely and then coached throughout the class with individualized sets/reps/equipment suggested specifically for you as you progress.
